Spicy Scotch Bonnet Peppers are seasoned by a Pickled Full Garlic Bloom, easily seen suspended in the jar of amber sauce. The spice in this flavor is hotter than the Habanero Peppers in other offerings. Perfected by a time-honored process, each is crafted individually.
