"I was born on a farm and at a very young age learned how to pickle and preserve our food. If we grew it, we ate it and canned it to have during the winter months. At the age of 10 I started making jelly, a blue or blackberrry did not stand a chance if I was around. Fast forward many years and my children are adults, even my grandchildren are adults. I pride ourselves by making jelly the old fashioned way. The way Grandma did using fruit we processed, along with sugar and pectin. We only use Georgia grown fruit, when in season.
