Weeks Honey Farm today announced they will be attending the “Summer Fancy Food Show” in downtown New York City at the Javits Center on June 23-25 2019.
This being a first for the Weeks Honey Farm company in a nearly 60-year history started by family patriarch Flaval Weeks who in the early 1960’s did see a vision for Real American Honey made with love by Real American Beekeepers.
Today, Weeks Honey Farm is still a family ran “Unfiltered Pure Raw” Honey company based in the southern woods of Omega, GA and ran by 3rd generation grandson Ray Crosby. Ray’s honey and beekeeper background was mentored by Flaval Weeks and he was taught to always do what is important to the bees… love them through the thick and thin of honey production. Being a seasoned Beekeeper is a rare find in today’s world of “real honey” and to sell only real unfiltered pure raw honey made by American Bees is even harder… Look no further, Weeks Honey Farm is still family-owned and still making the real deal since the early 1960’s.

Weeks Honey Farm has some very innovative honey items for retail and export that can “differentiate the POG set” from the everyday honey companies.
During the announcement of the Summer Fancy Food Show, Ray Crosby stated, “With all of our humble beginnings, all the storms and trials we have had to overcome, the bottom line is making sure our customers get “Bee Quality" honey. We still follow Grandpa Weeks’ simple process… Remove the honey from the beehives; gently “warm" the honey; pour the honey over cheesecloth; bottle at room temperature. Simple and necessary to maintain the nutrients and integrity of our honey.”
