Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship across the Continental USA, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship internationally. Free shipping is available on orders of $45+ of Weeks Honey Farm-branded products. Partner-vendor items (tea, cheese, coffee, beeswax wraps) ship separately and shipping is calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Weeks Honey Farm orders ship USPS within 1–2 business days from our farm in Omega, Georgia. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Partner-vendor items ship from the partner's warehouse on their schedule — see your shipping confirmation for individual tracking.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes — expedited options are available at checkout. Choose your preferred speed before completing payment. Expedited rates are calculated by USPS based on weight and destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you have an account, you can also see all your orders + tracking under "Your Account → Order history."
My order arrived damaged or broken — what do I do?
We're sorry! Email a photo of the damage to hello@weekshoneyfarm.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund. Weeks Honey Farm items are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Returns & Guarantee
What's your return policy?
Weeks Honey Farm-branded products are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, contact hello@weekshoneyfarm.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement. Partner-vendor items follow that partner's return policy — we'll help you coordinate.
Do I need to return the product to get a refund?
For most Weeks Honey Farm products, we don't require the return — food safety means we can't restock returned honey anyway. We'll process the refund and ask you to dispose of or donate the product.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 1–2 business days of approval. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
About Our Honey
Is your honey raw and unfiltered?
Yes. All Weeks Honey Farm honey is raw, unfiltered, and never heat-processed. The natural pollen, enzymes, aroma, and flavor are intact in every jar.
Where does your honey come from?
Our honey is 100% American-sourced. Most comes from our family farm in Omega, Georgia. Some single-origin varieties (Tupelo, Sage, Avocado) come from trusted partner beekeepers in specific U.S. regions — we never import or blend with foreign honey.
Why has my honey crystallized?
Crystallization is a natural sign of real raw honey — it's actually how you can tell it hasn't been ultra-processed. To return it to liquid, place the sealed jar in warm (not hot) water for 10–15 minutes. Never microwave; high heat damages natural enzymes.
What's the shelf life?
Effectively indefinite when stored sealed at room temperature. Real honey doesn't spoil — the oldest known edible honey is over 3,000 years old, found sealed in Egyptian tombs. It may crystallize over time, but it remains safe.
Is your honey organic / kosher / fair-trade certified?
Specific certifications vary by variety; see individual product pages. True commercial-organic honey is rare because of the bees' multi-mile flight range. All our honey is raw, unfiltered, never sprayed, and pesticide-tested.
Account, Payment & Rewards
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is supported. Creating an account is optional but lets you see order history, save addresses, and earn rewards through our Crown & Hive Club loyalty program.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are secure and processed through Shopify Payments.
Can I earn rewards on my purchase?
Yes — join the free Crown & Hive Club and earn points on every order. Points convert to discounts up to $20 off. Sign up at /pages/rewards.
I forgot my password.
Go to the account login page and click "Forgot password?" — you'll receive a reset link by email within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Wholesale & Custom Orders
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Visit /pages/weeks-wholesale-options or email hello@weekshoneyfarm.com with your store name, location, and the products you're interested in. We work with grocery, specialty food, gift shops, and farm stores.
Do you do custom gift baskets or branded gifts?
Yes — for corporate gifting, weddings, and large orders, email hello@weekshoneyfarm.com with details. We can do custom assortments, branded labels, and bulk orders.
Partner Vendor Products
What are "partner vendor" products?
Beyond our own Weeks Honey Farm honey, we curate products from carefully selected partners — Harney & Sons (tea), Cheese Brothers (cheese), Piper and Leaf (tea), Mickelberry Gardens (tonics), and others. These items pair beautifully with raw honey.
Why do partner items ship separately?
Partner items ship from the partner's own warehouse, not from Omega, Georgia. You'll get separate tracking for each shipment. Free shipping ($45+) and the 30-day guarantee apply only to Weeks Honey Farm-branded items.
Can I return a partner product?
Yes — partner returns are handled per the partner's policy. Email hello@weekshoneyfarm.com and we'll coordinate the return for you.
