Georgia Tupelo Honey-Glazed Peach Crostini

Ingredients: Baguette slices, ripe peaches, soft chèvre or ricotta, Georgia Tupelo honey, fresh thyme, and a pinch of flaky salt.

Instructions: Toast the baguette slices until crisp. Spread with chèvre or ricotta, add thinly sliced peaches, and drizzle with Tupelo honey. Finish with thyme and flaky salt.

Brie, Walnut, and Tupelo Honey Toast

Ingredients: Sourdough bread, thin slices of Brie, toasted walnuts, Georgia Tupelo honey, and cracked black pepper.

Instructions: Toast the bread, top with Brie and walnuts, then drizzle with Tupelo honey. Add a little cracked black pepper and serve warm.
