Recipes
1. HAWT Honey Glazed Wings
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup Hawt Honey (Hawt™ or Xtra Hawt™) Your Choice of Infused Hot Honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat wings dry and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Arrange wings on a baking sheet and bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix Hawt Honey with soy sauce.
- Toss baked wings in the hot honey glaze. Return to the oven for 5 minutes to caramelize.
- Serve hot with extra HAWT honey drizzled on top.
2. HAWT Honey Cornbread
Ingredients (Serves 8):
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 tbsp Hawt Honey (Hawt™ or Xtra Hawt™) Your Choice of Infused Hot Honey
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and HAWT Hot Honey.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Drizzle with extra HAWT honey before serving warm.
3. Hot Honey Grilled Peach Salad
Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 2 tbsp Hawt Honey (Hawt™ or Xtra Hawt™) Your Choice of Infused Hot Honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Brush peach halves with olive oil and grill for 3–4 minutes per side until charred.
- In a small bowl, whisk HAWT Honey with balsamic vinegar.
- Arrange arugula on a plate, top with grilled peaches, and sprinkle with goat cheese.
- Drizzle with the HAWT honey-balsamic dressing, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
