Fondue Honey with White Chocolate

YIELD: Makes 2 1/2 cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup - whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup - Weeks Raw Clover Honey
  • 1/3 cup - scotch
  • 12 oz. - white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 T - vanilla

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a heavy pan or fondue pot, heat cream, honey and scotch over medium heat until bubbles begin to form at edge of pan.
  2. Add chocolate and allow to stand 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk in vanilla until mixture is smooth.
  4. Serve immediately.
