The drink that made us famous at markets
For the lavender honey syrup
- 1/4 cup Weeks Clover Honey
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp dried culinary lavender
Simmer 3 minutes, steep 10 minutes, strain.
For the latte
- 2 shots espresso (or 1/3 cup strong coffee)
- 3/4 cup steamed milk
- 1–2 tsp lavender honey syrup
Stir syrup into espresso, add steamed milk, dust with extra lavender. That's it.
