Weeknight dinner, 20 minutes flat
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp Weeks Wildflower Honey
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
- Whisk honey, garlic, soy, Dijon, oil, lemon.
- Sear salmon skin-side down 4 min in a hot pan.
- Flip, pour sauce around, simmer 3–4 min.
- Spoon sauce over every piece before serving.
