One-Pan Honey Garlic Salmon

Weeknight dinner, 20 minutes flat

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp Weeks Wildflower Honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Method

  1. Whisk honey, garlic, soy, Dijon, oil, lemon.
  2. Sear salmon skin-side down 4 min in a hot pan.
  3. Flip, pour sauce around, simmer 3–4 min.
  4. Spoon sauce over every piece before serving.
