By The Farm

Sparkling Cranberry Orange Honey Party Punch

This sparkling honey party punch combines cranberry, orange, and lemon juices with a chilled Orange Blossom Honey syrup and bubbly ginger ale. It makes a bright alcohol-free drink for holidays, showers, cookouts, and family gatherings.

Makes: About 12 servings
Make ahead: Prepare the juice base up to 1 day early

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 3/4 cup Weeks Honey Farm Orange Blossom Honey
  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 quart ginger ale, well chilled
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Sliced lemons, limes, oranges, or strawberries, optional

How to Make Honey Party Punch

  1. Make the honey syrup. Carefully combine the boiling water and Orange Blossom Honey in a heat-safe container. Stir until the honey dissolves completely.
  2. Chill. Let the honey mixture cool, then refrigerate until cold.
  3. Mix the juice base. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, and lemon juice.
  4. Add the honey syrup. Stir the chilled honey mixture into the juices until evenly blended.
  5. Finish just before serving. Slowly pour in the chilled ginger ale, then add ice and sliced fruit if desired. Stir gently so the punch keeps its bubbles.

Make-Ahead and Serving Tips

  • Combine the chilled honey syrup and juices up to one day ahead and refrigerate in a covered container.
  • Add the ginger ale and ice only when guests are ready to drink so the punch stays fizzy and undiluted.
  • Freeze orange slices, berries, or cranberry juice in an ice ring for a festive presentation.
  • For a smaller gathering, halve every ingredient.

Choosing the Honey

Orange Blossom Honey is the featured choice because its citrus-floral notes complement orange and lemon juice. Clover Honey also works when you want a milder, more neutral sweetness.
