Harvested from white Ogeechee tupelo trees that bloom for just a few weeks each spring along the Alapaha River basin in Georgia, Tupelo is buttery, floral, and extraordinarily smooth. It resists crystallization longer than almost any other honey — a sign of its unique sugar composition. Once you try it, you’ll understand why it has a song written about it.

Keep at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Don’t refrigerate. If it crystallizes, warm the jar in a bowl of hot water — it’s a sign of raw honey.
