• When we set out to build a charcuterie pack, we wanted the ultimate in flavor variety. We started with the savory: Classic summer sausage from our own Barron Sausage Co. and Smoked Gouda. We then added the rich and sharp: 8-year-aged cheddar, the Italian-style Fratello, and Parmesan/Gruyere combo Yodel. We topped it off with the sweet: Cherry Lavender Jam from Bushel and Pecks of Beloit, Wisconsin. A perfect assortment for wine and cheese parties or a gourmet gift.

  We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.
