Makes: About 6 servings
Prep time: About 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced strawberries
- 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1/4 cup Weeks Honey Farm Raw Gallberry Honey
- Juice of 1 lime
How to Make Honey Lime Fruit Salad
- Combine the fruit. Add the strawberries, kiwi, and green grapes to a large serving bowl.
- Mix the dressing. In a small bowl, stir the Gallberry Honey and lime juice until smooth.
- Dress the fruit. Pour the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and fold gently until evenly coated.
- Serve. Enjoy immediately, or cover and refrigerate briefly before serving.
Make-Ahead and Storage Tips
- Wash and dry the fruit well so excess water does not dilute the dressing.
- For the freshest texture, slice the fruit and add the dressing shortly before serving.
- Refrigerate leftovers promptly in an airtight container and enjoy within 1 to 2 days.
- Use seedless grapes, and halve them when serving young children.
Easy Variations
- Use red grapes when green grapes are unavailable.
- Add blueberries or blackberries for extra color.
- Sprinkle with toasted coconut just before serving for a little crunch.
Why Gallberry Honey Works
Georgia Gallberry Honey brings a smooth, balanced sweetness that complements tart lime, strawberries, kiwi, and grapes without covering up the fresh fruit.
